This might include booking you in to see a doctor in person or by phone/video call or a direct referral to one of our specialist healthcare services in practice.
Avoid the phone queues and get the right help you need sooner by doing it on-line!
Available weekdays from 7:00am to 5:00pm
What is eConsult?
eConsult is a simple, guided online tool that collects information about you and your condition so that we can efficiently and quickly find the best way to help you. It also helps us to get the information we need so that your appointment can be as easy and useful as possible.
A guided form will ask you for your details and about your condition. Our team of Care Coordinators will then assess your request and find the best possible solution for you. This might include booking you in to a see a doctor or health care professional that day, a routine appointment in the future or a direct referral to one of our in-practice or community teams to help.
The form is quick to complete and will ask you a series of questions. The questions depend on your condition and are designed to reflect the questions that a doctor would ask; this helps us to make sure that we get you to the right health care professional and collect the right information ready for them. This might include uploading a photo(s).
The system is also designed to highlight any symptoms that might need emergency care and will advise you accordingly.
