Medical Reports that do not require a medical examination should be sent to the practice for the attention of the Administration Team in the first instance.

On average we aim to have a 4-6 week turnaround on Forms and Insurance Reports

Medical Examinations for HGV, Fostering etc can be arranged by appointment, but please allow up to 6 weeks for these appointments to be held.

This work is not covered under the NHS and therefore there is a charge for these reports and examinations to be held at the Practice.
